| We are a successful Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep practice seeking an enthusiastic physician to be our 5th department member. Part of our practice responsibility includes providing the Pulmonary and Sleep services to several hospitals in a beautiful state park area which boasts boating, camping, horseback riding, fishing, and hiking, The new physician would assume lead responsibility for this area, with Pulmonary and Sleep services occurring in roughly a 50/50 ratio. We provide medical directorship services to an outstanding 22 bed Sleep program, and the new physician would be expected to attain Sleep certification by the ABIM (if not already ABSM certified). Options for certification would include the practice pathway, which our practice would provide ample opportunity to qualify for in only 2 years, or deferral of the contract start date while the candidate takes a 1 year sleep fellowship.
